Shipped by Amazon Logistics

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by Amazon Logistics, which means you get:

- Fast delivery: Depending on availability and destination, orders typically arrive in 2–7 days
- Free standard shipping: Applies to all standard deliveries (some oversized items may have a surcharge)
- Lower CO₂ emissions: By leveraging Amazon's efficient delivery network, we minimize our environmental impact

Don’t be surprised if your package arrives in Amazon packaging — this helps ensure faster, more reliable delivery that’s better for the planet.

Where We Ship

- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- International: We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

Please note: Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery. Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure about your location.

Processing Time

- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days
- During holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

During checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and delivery estimates based on your location:

- Standard: 2–7 business days
- Express: 2–4 business days (where available)
- International Standard: 7–14 business days
- International Express: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

- USA: Sales tax applied where required

We cannot predict or control these fees. Check with your local customs office if you have concerns about potential charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can:

- Click directly from the email for live updates
- Log into your account to view tracking and order history

Lost or Damaged Packages

We want your NOX to arrive in perfect condition. If something goes wrong:

- Lost packages: Contact us if tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days
- Damaged packages: Take photos of packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Multiple Shipments

Sometimes items ship separately to ensure faster delivery (such as when accessories and units come from different warehouses). You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your shipping address? Email us right away atsupport@123sleep.tech with your order number.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
  • If it’s already on its way, we’ll help redirect if possible (extra carrier fees may apply).
