Setup is a Breeze, with just 4 Steps:

1. Place the control unit above mattress level.
2. Unfurl the 75" × 39" twin-size cotton pad and secure it in place.
3. Connect the tubing and fill the tank with water.

No, the cooler works through the whole night by filling the tank with about 2.5 litres of water. A full tank lasts between 6 and 18 hours depending on the selected fan speed.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, liquid-filled cooling pads that have been used cannot be accepted unless the return is pre-authorized due to a defect.

Your NOX system is covered by a warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship for both the control unit and the cooling pad. This includes key components like the pump, fans, electronics, and welded seams. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair or replace the component at no cost. Please note: the warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Place the unit on a flat, stable surface beside your bed. For optimal performance, ensure the water reservoir is level with or slightly higher than the top of your mattress. To protect your flooring, avoid placing it directly on carpet and consider using a shallow tray underneath as a precaution.

To ensure your system runs smoothly for years, we recommend using distilled water to prevent mineral buildup. Please note that adding anything else to the water—like essential oils—can damage the pump and seals and will void the warranty.

The breathable cotton construction and low-profile channels are designed to be minimally noticeable under a fitted sheet. If you’re very sensitive, add a thin protector or knit sheet on top.

For the best experience, start with a cooler setting at bedtime, then lower the intensity after 30-60 minutes as you drift off. For extra comfort, many users place a light blanket or duvet over the sheet to help spread the coolness evenly.
