We want you to love your NOX cooling system. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right — fast.
1) Returns

Try It Risk-Free
Sleep with your NOX for 60 nights. If it's not perfect for you, you can start a return within your trial window.

Return Eligibility
To ensure fairness and safety for all customers:
- Items must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging
- The cooling pad must be clean and undamaged (heavily used pads may be refused for hygiene reasons)
- Any bonus gifts must be returned or their value will be deducted from your refund
- Final-sale and refurbished items cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival

How to Start a Return
1. Email support@123sleep.tech with your order number
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (where available) and packing instructions
3. Ship your return within 30 days of receiving the label

International returns: Prepaid labels may not be available in some countries; you may need to use a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection
- Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
- Shipping fees and import taxes are non-refundable unless we made an error

Exchanges
Need a different size or want to upgrade? We're happy to help with exchanges — often the fastest way to get you sleeping comfortably.

Damaged on Arrival?
Take photos of the box, packaging, and item, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace anything damaged in transit.

2) Warranty

Our Promise
Your NOX is protected against manufacturing defects for:
- Control Unit: 2 years
- Cooling Pad & Hoses: 2 years

What's Covered
- Pump, fan, and electronic component failures from normal use
- Manufacturing defects in pad welds, channels, or seams
- Issues identified upon delivery

What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (minor surface marks, discoloration)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper setup
- Damage from unauthorized additives like essential oils
- Cuts, punctures, or pet damage to pads or hoses
- Commercial use unless specifically authorized

How to File a Warranty Claim
1. Email support@123sleep.tech with your order number and issue description
2. Include photos/video showing the problem
3. Our team will troubleshoot and, if defective, arrange repair or replacement

We often resolve issues by sending replacement components to get you back to sleeping cool quickly.

Replacement & Shipping
- Approved warranty replacements ship free in eligible regions
- We may request return of the defective item for inspection
- Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is non-transferable

3) Important Notes

- Order Changes & Cancellations: Contact us immediately for address changes or cancellations. If already shipped, we'll assist with a return upon delivery
- Multiple Shipments: Some orders ship separately (unit and pad may come in different boxes) — you'll receive tracking for each
- International Duties & Taxes: These are collected by local authorities and not refundable by us. Check with your customs office about potential recoveries on returns
